Designed for the Highest Quality Candidate
The RSA Fellowship Network is designed to attract top-quality candidates and to make it affordable to develop their skills through a standardized curriculum.
Many fellowship programs provide salaries and benefits that are only incrementally better than residency. RSA Fellowship Programs are different. In addition to higher nominal salaries, the RSA Fellowship Network provides resources to expand the learning environment, including tuition for the three RSA Foundations programs, the two RSA Solutions programs, and virtual Conclaves, with the opportunity for meeting support.
As a “Two-Options” Fellowship Program, the RSA Fellowship allows participation for a single year or for two years. Year one, participants are “Fellows“. Year two participants are “Associates“.
Compensation and benefits differ between the “Fellow” year and the “Associate” year. As an Associate, compensation is higher, structured as a base salary plus production as well as enjoying full tuition paid to attend the PHYSICIAN CEO Program as part of your Associate year.
Salary and compensation benefits include medical benefits, malpractice insurance coverage, and annual salary for each Fellow.
Refractive Surgery Alliance Membership
Fellows/Associates are granted membership in the Refractive Surgery Alliance (RSA) throughout their participation in the RSA Fellowship, with all the rights and privileges of full RSA members.
Meetings and Conferences
