Refractive Surgery Alliance Membership
Fellows/Associates are granted membership in the Refractive Surgery Alliance (RSA) throughout their participation in the RSA Fellowship, with all the rights and privileges of full RSA members.
Meetings and Conferences
With the approval of the Preceptor and/or RSA Fellowship Committee, Fellows/Associates are encouraged to attend major ophthalmology conferences and/or academic meetings, provided that major meetings are occurring in a live format. Virtual attendance is provided if attendance at live meetings is not practicable.
Meeting and Travel Expenses
Each RSA Fellow/Associate is solely responsible for any/all expenses pertaining to attendance and/or participation at any/all meetings, conferences, electives, and/or educational outings. Participation in the PHYSICIAN CEO® program is arranged in coordination with the Preceptor and the Fellow/Associates responsibility to the host site. This expense may or may not be paid by the Preceptor, and may be paid directly by the Associate.
Fellow/Associate expenses include (but are not limited to) registration, transportation, housing, meals, etc.
Holidays
The RSA calendar includes standard national/legal holidays each year. Fellows/Associates may be required to take call on holidays, per their preceptor’s sole discretion.

~ Housing and/or Board (except where expressly provided by Conclaves, PHYSICIAN CEO® and/or other specified affiliated programs)

~ Meetings and Travel Expenses(except where expressly provided by Conclaves, PHYSICIAN CEO® and/or other specified affiliated programs)
~ Lifestyle Preferences and Leisure Activities
